Pricing
How much does pest control cost?
Quarterly pest control starts at $139 per visit for the average single-family home. One-time treatments and specialty services (rodent exclusion, vole, carpenter ant) are quoted after a quick inspection. We never charge for the initial estimate.
Do you require a contract?
Quarterly customers sign a service agreement so we can hold scheduling and pricing for the year. There's no long-term lock-in — you can cancel anytime if it isn't working for you.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We come out, walk the property, identify what's going on, and give you a fixed quote before any work starts. No charge for the inspection.
Treatments & Safety
Are the treatments safe around kids and pets?
Yes. Our standard treatment products are EPA-registered and applied at label rates. Indoor sprays dry within about 15 minutes, outdoor sprays within about 30 minutes — once dry, the treated areas are safe for kids and pets. We tell you exactly what we're using and why.
Do you use organic or natural products?
We use the lowest-toxicity products that will actually solve the problem. For some pests, that means botanical or essential-oil based formulations; for others, EPA-registered synthetic products are what gets results. We'll tell you what we're applying and why before we treat.
Do you treat termites or bed bugs?
No on both. Termite work in our area is dominated by a few specialist firms with the right equipment and warranties — they're the right call. Bed bugs require a different protocol than what we focus on. If you're dealing with either, we're happy to point you toward a reputable local company.
Scheduling
How quickly can you come out?
Most non-emergency calls are scheduled within 2–3 business days. Wasps near entryways or active rodent infestations are treated as same-day or next-day priorities — call us if it's urgent.
What hours are you available?
Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM. Closed weekends. Outside those hours, leave a message or use the contact form and we'll get back to you the next business day.
Will I be home during the service?
Exterior treatments don't require you to be home — we just need yard access. Interior treatments and inspections do require an adult on site so we can walk the spaces together.
Guarantees
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, with the right caveats. Quarterly customers get free re-treatments between scheduled visits at no extra cost if covered pests come back. Mosquito treatment is a separate program and isn't covered by the quarterly guarantee. Specialty services (mouse exclusion, etc.) carry their own service-specific guarantees — we'll spell those out before the work starts.
What does the mouse exclusion guarantee cover?
Mouse exclusion is guaranteed for one year, renewable annually for a fee. If mice get through a sealed entry point during the guarantee period, we come back and re-seal at no charge.
